Beautiful property, well appointed room, excellent evening desk clerk was welcoming and gave us good info about Asheville. Breakfast was very good including many hot items (eggs, sausage). They had a recycling section in each wastebasket!

Breakfast was amazing, liked the variety of items at breakfast bar. The room was very clean, the pullout part of the sofa was a little uncomfortable, but overall great experience. The pool is a great option for kids.

Front desk staff was awesome! We enjoyed being greeted by Rob when we came back to the hotel each evening. He was wonderful and gave us some great restaurant recommendations! Loved that our large room was refreshed each day - hard to find in this post-Covid world! Since the elevator was a bit slow, we took the stairs exclusively during our stay. They were brightly lit and CLEAN - no scrapes or scuffs on the walls. The whole property seemed very well cared for. Breakfast was good with a bit of variety each day of our 7 night stay. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and well stocked. We used the laundry facilities and found them to be clean and in good working order!
